Clients agree not to distribute, copy, reverse engineer, or disclose proprietary Sales Boss methodologies, frameworks, or systems without written consent.

8. Disclaimer

Sales Boss LLC provides operational systems, automation infrastructure, consulting, and implementation support.

We do not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, lead generation, or revenue outcomes.

Clients remain solely responsible for:

• Business operations
• Legal compliance
• Marketing practices
• Employee conduct
• Customer communications
• Regulatory obligations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Boss LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable Services during the preceding 12 months.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including CRM providers, payment processors, communication systems, AI tools, and scheduling software.

Sales Boss LLC is not responsible for outages, errors, security incidents, policy changes, or functionality limitations caused by third-party providers.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
