Onboarding Call Scheduled
Our install team will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your onboarding intensive. This is where we map your operation and configure the system to your vertical.
STEP · 03
System Install Begins
We install Command Center, Operations Board, Autopilot, and Sales Boss AI — customized to your team, your process, and the way you actually run.
STEP · 04
Go Live + Coaching Access
Once installed, your team goes live on the system. Your ongoing plan includes Sales Boss Coaching access — so the cadence holds after we hand it off.
